This blog is a place where I document what I learn and practice in everyday life.
INZEUM, the Inner Communication Meditation Institute, provides systematic meditation education grounded in neuroscience and psychology.
As part of my learning through INZEUM, I study lectures by Professor Kim Joo-Hwan and organize some of the material in English. For these lecture-based posts, I use AI to help organize, translate, and refine my notes while trying to remain as faithful as possible to the original lectures.
I also regularly share my efforts to build sustainable exercise and mindfulness habits, along with ideas and insights from books that I find meaningful and useful.
This blog is, above all, a record of learning, practice, and gradual change.
